Delete your Eventam account
How to delete your Eventam account and what happens to your data. Applies to the Eventam Pro App and this website.
Delete from the app
- Open the Eventam Pro App and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email info@eventam.co from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify ownership of the address before acting on the request.
What happens
- Your account is deactivated immediately and every signed-in session is revoked. You can no longer sign in or be contacted through Eventam.
- Deleted with the account: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, saved vendors and saved searches.
- Retained: quote inquiries you sent to vendors, and any booking or payment records. Vendors and tax law both require these, so they are kept for up to 7 years and are detached from your profile.
Changed your mind
Sign in again within 30 days and the account is restored. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
