1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Eventam (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes — but is not limited to — scraping, spam, posting unlawful or misleading content, attempting to access other users' accounts, and reverse-engineering the platform.

4. Vendor listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, prices, availability and communications with hosts. Eventam does not guarantee the work of any vendor — verification covers identity, not quality.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on first-hand experience. We may remove reviews that violate our content policy or appear fraudulent.

6. Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are at our discretion and may be denied for accounts in violation of these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Eventam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
